Former cop Fernando Flores dropped a lawsuit on Britney Spears's lap last year, one in which has prompted Brit to strike back time and time again.

This time, however, Flores has made charges and allegations that are incredibly specific and demeaning, including:

"Defendant Spears was mentally unstable, and personally obnoxious and demanding, requiring her staff on various occasions and for no rationally discernable reasons to address her as "Jennifer" or "Queen Bee," on other occasions, Defendant Spears would cut her hair in an erratic fashion, leaving uneven and bald spots on her head."

"Spears made repeated unwanted sexual advances to Plaintiff, summoning (him) to her room at her residence for no other purpose or reason than to expose her naked or near naked body to Plaintiff," according to the suit.

But Flores insists "the sexual advances of Spears were unwanted for a variety of reasons."

"Spears had obnoxious personal habits, such as chain smoking cigarettes, which made her smell continually of stale tobacco," he wrote in his court document.

She broke wind or picked her nose unselfconsciously and unapologetically before Plaintiff (Flores) and others and she was constantly and gratuitously loud and profane in her speech.

"She did not bathe for days on end, did not use deodorant, did not brush her teeth, did not fix her hair, did not wear shoes or socks."

According to Flores, he suffered psychological damage, anxiety attacks, depression and insomnia as a result of Britney's alleged harassment.

To us, we're not sure what bringing up those specifics is really trying to prove. Unless he's trying to be adamant as to why he never wanted the alleged advances.

But that's not all. He claims she was doing drugs, too:

"Based on his former experience as a police officer, Plaintiff (Flores) is informed and believes and alleged thereon that Defendant Spears was often under the influence of illegal prescription and non-prescription drugs, such as Ritalin, Narcon (Naloxone) and methamphetamines," the documents state.

Wow.

It's hard to take such allegations so seriously without concrete proof, because it is NOT uncommon for people to try and take advantage of another person's fame. Especially for the tune of at least $10 million dollars.

We have a feeling that this is about to get extremely intense before anything is resolved!

Yay!! I am happy to report that David and I successfully made our way from NYC to Berlin, Germany without a single problem. Our business class Delta flight was as perfect as can be. We made it to our temporary Germany home without incident and already explored our new neighborhood for a bit. I’m not gonna lie, it’s really freakin’ cold here but we’ve been having so much fun we *almost* haven’t noticed ;)

We started out our German adventure with a champagne toast and away we went. The first thing we did after we settled into our place was check out the surrounding neighborhood. It is really cute. Full of fun shops, lots of cafes and young families everywhere:

I really love the graffiti all over the place … I think the Unicow has become my spirit animal. We are doing our best to fight off the jet lag so I think tonight is going to be an early night so we can get on our new sleep schedule. Thus far, no big plans … we’re planning to just take the city as it comes. Our Berlin adventure has officially begun! Tschüss!!

Apparently, after Gwyn found out that her family comes from "a long line of influential East European rabbis," she was inspired to raise her kids in a Jewish environment.

Executive producer Sara Colleton discusses Deb, Lumen, and more after the jump! And there ARE spoilers so you've been warned!

When asked if Lumen will return this season, Sara says:

"We don't know that yet. It's not something that we've talked about because we really try to focus on having a complete season, but we've accumulated what I call the 'hanging chads' that will always be there to explore. Lumen is out there in the world and she knows everything there is to know about Dexter. That's a chad. We never really dealt with Kyle Butler and Jonah Mitchell [Brando Eaton] knowing that it was Dexter, so there's that. And Quinn — Dexter completely breaks his code and does this wonderfully altruistic thing, where he gives Quinn a pass because he loves his sister. One of the things that I can safely say is that by the time our series ends, all of those hanging chads will come back into play."

Will Deb finally learn about Dexter?

"I can tell you this: This is the last time we will dangle that. There will be a season in which that will have to be explored. It's too important. We felt that we needed to see Deb evolve first. If we did that before, there would be a handful of ways she would react, whereas she's more evolved now."

Is there a possibility that the show will jump ahead in time?

"We don't know yet. Last year, we started immediately; literally two seconds after the last episode, so I don't know the answer yet. Cody, Astor and Harrison will always be in his life."

What about the future of Dexter?

"I feel Dexter must go out with a big bang and not a whimper. We're trying to figure with Showtime and Michael C. Hall how many more years the show can still be kept at the level we need it to be and backtrack from there. We're trying to figure that out now. As long as there is a fresh way to advance Dexter's character that leads us into another aspect of human nature or human emotion he's never experienced, then it's still fresh. We're very aware of that."

This just makes us thirsty for more! The sixth season is said to be explosive and we just can't wait to find out what's in store for Dexter!
